There are 3 categories to be eligible for membership: (1) Business is located in Fort Thomas and Owner lives in Fort Thomas (2) Business is located in Fort and Owner lives outside of the City of Fort Thomas (3) Individual lives in Fort
Thomas, however Business is located outside of the City of Fort Thomas. (Must show Fort Thomas connection on Form).
Please fill form out completely and send with your business check to our Post Office Box (Fort Thomas Business Association, P.O. Box 75023, Fort Thomas, KY 41075).
Dues are $50 per Business Membership, which allows two (2) representatives per business. One vote per membership.
